LET’S FIX
THE PROBLEM.
Start with the section that matches what went wrong. Radar now explains partial platform failures on the results page, so take a screenshot if a warning appears.
SEARCH FOUND NOTHING
- Choose ALL platforms and Any audience size.
- Use fewer words: try “Rust” before “small late-night Rust roleplay.”
- Check the source summary above the results. It says which platforms answered.
- Try again after a minute if Radar says a source could not be checked.
ALERTS OR NOTIFICATIONS
- Saved Radar alerts can still appear in the website Alerts inbox without background notifications.
- If notifications are blocked, allow them in the browser’s site settings.
- On iPhone or iPad, add Content Radar to the Home Screen, open it from that icon, then enable notifications.
- Browser permission is your choice; Radar will not force you to change it.
CHAT RACE PUBLIC V2
- Extract the ZIP before running anything. Do not run setup from inside the ZIP preview.
- Run FIRST_TIME_SETUP.bat once. It downloads portable runtimes into the Chat Race folder.
- Complete the Kick Developer App and Cloudflare steps opened by setup.
- After setup, use START_CHAT_RACE.bat, then open OBS.
- Test the Browser Source before using Chat Race during a live event.
CREATE A PROBLEM REPORT
This creates a small text note with the date, browser, and current page. It stays on your device until you choose to share it. Add what you searched, what you expected, and a screenshot.
A direct public support address will be added before the Beta label is removed.
